The 12Strong Bootcamp prepares Design and Construction managers to leverage the opportunities driven by the market disruptions to Build and Scale their Teams.

What it takes to lead a design and construction team in 2025 is way more complicated. People are more complicated. How we approach, design, and build our communities and infrastructure has evolved tremendously. How we lead, inspire, and deploy people and teams has not. The 12Strong Bootcamp equips men and women who choose to lead people and teams; using projects to develop people, not just paychecks.

This 6-week leadership experience includes a two-day Bootcamp. During the event, leaders will:

THE GOAL OF THE BOOTCAMP
